about the next PSO!

Since you guys have a PSO site and many members maybe you can convince sega or sonicteam to release PSO Universe on GC??? or DS or revolution but would prefer amore updated version?
is this possible?

Hehe, we all feel your pain bud with this being a PlayStation2 title and not a Nintendo Gamecube title as everyone else who loves PSO owns But even with this big website, what would you propose we do about it? SonicTeam aren't going to produce Universe for Gamecube now because it just doesn't give off the sales in general as you expect when you make new games now - There's no gain for SonicTeam or SEGA.

Unless like about 3/4,000 people from loads of various different forums got together and mass e-mailed SonicTeam (Which is incredibly and stupidly unlikely!) they're not going to change their mind about what to release PSU on.

Who knows though, maybe the next edition of Phantasy Star Online will be on DS or Nintendo Revolution. We won't know until at least a year's time!

We got 2,151 Wanna get started? Of course the vast majority of us are unactive, but it could still be done.

Besides if PSU is made for something other than PS2, it ought to be the Revolution, not GC.

Lol! Yea, making it for the Revolution makes much more sense then making it for the Nintendo Gamecube, however the game would have to be totally recalibrated for the new control methods and could be very different to PSU on PC & PS2, and its because of that we'll most likely not see Universe on Revolution

Plus this is off topic but I thought it was funny we have a college named penn state univiersty or whatever and this person had on the back of there car a bumper sticker saying I love psu and me and my freind went up to them and were like we love phantasy star universe to and ran off.

LMFAO! You just ran away? XD

Phantasy Star Universe is due out this winter in Japan, everywhere else only has speculative release dates with the official word still being winter 2006 (Not very likely now!). It will be released in Europe and America about the sametime, with the official date on PlayStation's website being Janurary (Nah), while UK press going for April time (Much more likely). When we get an official one, you'll of course find it on Ragol.co.uk

I suppose it's still good to hear though, I was told that PSU would be coming out way later than that. I have to either upgrade my comp or get me a PS2 by the time PSU comes out. Hopefully I won't be on dial-up anymore by then either.

and i like it being on ps2. becuz parents are devorced and ps2 and dads and i can play it on pc here .

People want on DS, simply because IMO they think it will be a fresh new experience, and the possibilities of Wi-Fi wordlwide has people wanting it on DS. Myself being one of them.
