Mystery character in ending screen (split thread)

i while ago after completing ult ep1 i got given a different set of pictures to look at whilst the credits rolled by, featured characters like elenor surrounded by mags and alicia with some hildebears (discovered this is known as the 'ura ending') anyway the final picture shows a white FOmar raising a psycho wand over the altar where dark falz bursts from, anybody know who this is?

it is a person (maybe 1 of the civilazation that traped dark falz)
and he is traping dark falz into the pillar, the words that he is using are the 3 words mutts........you know that crap languange.
my gess is that someone went in the ship with d.f. to be sure that d.f. doesn't escape.........the char i don't know who that is, but he is seeling d.f.

This picture comes from version 2, where FOmar did not exist.

This is the first (and only, as far as v2 is concerned) apparition of Heathcliff Flowen.

Do not mention that Heathcliff Flowen only appears in Ep2 on GC/BB, like I said, this is a v2 picture, where Episode 2 did not exist either; but Heathcliff Flowen did, the Red Weapons can testify of that.

It is indeed a Psycho Wand, I assume ST's first idea was to make Heathcliff Flowen a magician of some sort (not necessarily a Force, though, cf. Flowen's Sword), and they changed their idea before releasing v3, and Heathcliff Flowen is the grey-haired hunter with a moustache we all know.

Scenaristically speaking, Heathcliff Flowen fought Dark Falz to rescue Rico Tyrell -- or prevent her from being "infused", it's not sure -- but he lost.
His wound, made by the source of the D-Cells, caused him to change, lose his mind (cf. his notes) and finally evolve into half of Olga Flow (the other half is one of the three AI of Pioneer 1, Olga).

So the scene we see in that picture takes place before the beginning of Episode 1, where Heathcliff Flowen is conjuring up Dark Falz (who has probably not evolved as we, hunters, see it, since it used Rico Tyrell to do so).

So let me get this straight:
- Rico and Heathcliffe were friends on Pioneer1, Heathcliffe made the Red Series weapons for Rico as a gift (and that's why the pictures show her using them), Heathcliffe's weapons were the Dark Series (Which he got how? Someone care to explain this???)

- Rico went to battle the Profound Darkness (or whatever it's called) after a Pioneer1 military squad went down to explore and didn't return, and she lost, and became infused with the Profound Darkness and became Dark Falz

- Heathcliffe tried to save her, and was wounded in the battle, but managed to escape

- Dr. Osto took him to GDVI to do test on him and his wound that was infected with D-Cells from Dark Falz

- the wound caused Heathcliffe himself to become infused with the Profound Darkness and the AI system, Olga, becoming Olga Flow

- before Heathcliffe lost total control, he threw himself down the waste disposal thing (the place you fight him in)

And also:
- that picture is Heathcliffe as a Fomar in V2 right before he tried to save Rico - even though Fomars didn't even exist in the game yet, they would have been some sort of NPC-only character, like how Rico is some sort of Humarl-like character

- when V3 (the GC one) was made, ST decided to make Heathcliffe a Hunter-type character (not one we can use though) instead and they included the Fomar as a usable character

It actually is possible that Heathcliffe could have been a FO and changed to a HU and not that ST just changed their minds. In EP3, Break said that he was once a Hunter but later trained to be a Force.

Some things your misinterpreted:
Rico and Heathcliff were not friends, he was her mentor, and trainer (of course, they were quite fond of each other).

Heathcliff did not use the Red weapons, he made them, to present them to his best disciple, Rico Tyrell.
Heathcliff used the "Flowen's Sword", of which there are 10 different replicas.

The rest you got fine, except the spelling of Heathcliff (read Wuthering Heights XP)

I think that Flowen fought the Profound Darkness before Rico - otherwise, why would he mention that he can see it/her (the Profound Darkness) heading for the girl (Rico) when he is being taken over by the D-Factor and becoming the host body for the Olga AI (which was also affected by D-Factor)?

I quite like the idea that the FOmar in question is Flowen, but I'm more likely to believe that it is Lutz/Noah or most likely Rune (from the original series) sealing the Profound Darkness on Ragol, within the Noah Spaceship (originally from earth).

I feel that it is most likely to be Rune, because in PSIV, Rune gains the Psycho Wand while Chaz' party enter Zio's fortress. The Psycho Wand was originally Noah/Lutz'.

Noah/Lutz/Rune are Espers - the ancient race that I believe are the arm in the world of the Great Light. The Espers here imprison the Profound Darkness on Ragol, along with the Noah Spaceship which contains the remnants of Mother Brain - an earth computer designed to run all of the Algo system so efficiently that the people need not work. Capable of controlling all electrical systems within a vast area, I think that this is what the people from Coral were seeking - searching for the core of Mother Brain to help their MOTHER system we observe in the extended Soul of Steel.

Presumably whiteninja, the Dark weapons are Flowens own weapons, which he had made for him or he made himself - much like the Red Weapons are Rico's - that transform in conjuction with his body. I guess this is similar in the way that the Parasitic Gene : Flow affects weapons. My best guess, anyhow.
