Japanese PSO ep.3 English code

I have some quick questions before I buy the game:

1. Does it still work (as in I will I get banned for using it online)?
2. I know that some parts are not translated. How will this effect my enjoyment of the game?
3. Does the code work with all versions of Action Replay?

For those wondering why i'd want the Japanese version, it's because I imported Ep.1&2 Plus when it first came out and I assume that a Japanese hunters license wouldn't work on the US Ep.3.

Alright well, it doesn't seem to be banned online, I mean come on, Sega rarely bans or kicks off players. It probably won't do much to affect your enjoyment, try just changing the options of the game from Japanese to english in the settings menu. Codes work with all versions of Action Replay, it's the game version that matters and since there's only one, I don't see why it shouldn't work. If you have any problems just ask

You cant change to english in the Japanese Version of EP3

Didn't know that since I don't have the Japanese version of episode 3.

This seems to be taken care of, I think this can be locked now.
