Episode IV is a free online expansion pack to Phantasy Star Online: Blue Burst, and since you can only play Blue Burst online... well... yea, there's your answer!

Well to be honest i don't even know where to get it from, but id love to play it and see who the next big boss of the game is, then theres the weapons, and the mags, if i knew where to get it I'd buy it
