Well we all know how Kefka loves his RAmarls.
Un(?)fortunately since we don't all happen to be Kefka or have as much free time as he does, we sort of have to take into account their comparisons at levels other than 175+.
I distinctly remember having significant ATP and ATA problems with my RAmarl (after consuming roughly the same amount of power mats) from entering ultimate to about level 105 or so. These problems have been somewhat solved since I got her the berserk twin (now I just need to get her an FS with decent hit... :S).

Also, you may be havnig trouble because your only levl 77 in ultimate mines. Level up in the caves and forest a little more and then try to tackle the mines.

Actually it was more of an observation... he's said to me before in a related debate to "never compare with base stats, only max." This is only possible if you're AT max or close to it, which means at least in the 160s or 170s. :S

But my chars were not born at Lv 175+
On GC as well as on BB, the RAmarl was my first char, so no tweaking possible.
I never, I repeat NEVER, had any problem with her. Not at Lv 10, not at Lv 50, not at Lv 100, not at Lv 130, not ever.
And yeah, RAmarl is one of those chars that get even better at very high levels, so yay~

I suppose it depends on what you'd define a problem. I wouldn't really say it was a problem... but my RAmar did a lot more damage at her level than she's doing now, unless she breaks out the twin. Although once she reaches 150+ I'm sure she'll be doing just as good damage as him, yeah... close enough anyway.
