Blackpool council is to spend like £8,000,000 (i forget) on flood defences, the area in question rarely floods, ive never heard of it flooding :hurt:

ok. raining days are starting to make me crazy.
in the morning are clouds, minutes later is raining and in the afternoon it is raining alot almost a year without rain, i don't want a year raining every thing is ok until is too much dam weather
