If u want my advice go get the soul eater.If u already started the process,resume from where u stoped.

To get all the quests(offline) opened,u also have to have the game opened offline to the ruins(The same difficulty ur doing the quests).

Some quests require you to clear other quests, as a prerequesite. If they don't come up, try clearing Addicting Food, Grave's Butler and Black Paper if I remember right. That should unlock some more quests.

Hey Isaac to answer your question from earlier my highest lvl char is lvl 66 (a ranger) and my next char is lvl 21.
