Challenge mode *Help Requested*

I'm trying to get an S-Rank Twin so if anyone who plays online often could help me that would be greatly appreciated. I play with a FOmar or my FOnewm (unless you ask me to use something different)

Which version do you play on which console?

Then what ship do you play and when are you online?

I play on the XBox and I usually play on Davburite 10.

Whats the point of challenge mode? do you get anything?

I can't vouch for the Xbox version, but on the Gamecube version you can get an S-Rank weapon if you get an S rank (sic).

Will i just find it on the ground in a red box?

Ok, you have to complete all of the challenge mode quests (1 to 9 for Ep 1 or 1 to 5 for Ep 2) in under a certain amount of time (7 hours for Ep 1 or 5 hours for Ep 2) to get an S rank. Then, when you go to the guild counter to leave the challenge, if you have the S rank, you get to choose a weapon and also get to name it.

yeah you will get to choose a wepon of some sort. But whatever you do dont get fsoded like jester here who lost while he switched to his red partistan (poor fella). But i managed to get him a complete same replica cept four the name but atleast he didnt have to do 7 hours of c mode again. And no u dont find it on the floor it goes in your inventry.

Can you comlete it more than once with the same character and still get an item? When doing challenge mode in multiplayer...to all people playing get to pick a weapon if they beat it?

well i think its possible online everytime you do stage1 you get an item i think. Lol im on cave 3 at the moment.
