At that level, you can pwn Falz. My Humar (named "GANONDORF [space x2]" :O ) got to Ultimate at level 45... Though he had better equipment, level 72 is plenty high enough.
For online though, you must be level 80+ to play in Ultimate.

o yeah, heres a tip: get a drain handgun (something like that), then when he steals your soul then you can hit him with the drain, and you'll do damage to him but because youre stealing the same amount of HP off him as you are doing damage to him your hp will not change and he will take damage. also you can use that when he is silver to do damage.

Do you have any:
Dragon HP
Resist Light
Resist Saint
Resist Holy
If you do have any of those, bring them with you and equip them once you get to that "massive ring" stage of Falz. That's what often saved me when I needed it. At your level, you should be able to skirt past Falz on Vhard.
I'd have to say that the two that you really want are either Resist Holy or Dragon HP. So if you have multiples of either, equip those before the Resist Saint or Resist Light.

You tried at level 58... you are now level 72... Yeah, it's time for another go 'round.
Dragon/HP's are hard to find in VH, but if you have a Skyly, you can pipe them in VH Caves from Nar Lilies. They add 80 HP and have a 7/8 chance of dropping. You will need 391 HP to dodge Falz's slash attack. Once you have that much, then equip a Resist/Saint (of if you have it, Resist/Holy).
Another thing that jarl once mentioned: Go to the Falz warp, leave a Telepipe, start the battle. Drop Trimate x10 on the outskirts of the arena, so that it will still be there when the field turns into a ring. Then let yourself die. We you return to P2, buy more Trimates, and take the pipe back. You will probably want to leave another pipe just incase... Then start the battle again. This time you will have 10 Trimates on you, and another 10 sitting in the arena for you.

personally i put them in gruops of 5, as this means you dont have to be out to pick them up. i find if you put 20 of everything (tri, di and mono) you'll be absloutely fine. WN, are you sure its 391? i had it as 430 ish (rounded up)

when your up against dark falz's first form, use a sword amd attack its mouth cause its easier in my opinion since this way you can hit the spike things and the boss at the same time. The second part should be a walk in the park since you have the G-assassins sabers and for the third form just keep movig constantly when hes in the air and when hes far away use techs/your mechgun. and you said your level 72 so you can live through his grants attacks so you should be fine. thats how i beat him, i was level 74 whin i did it with my delsaber combo, attribute wall, valiant frame(4slots) and bhariva(is that how ya spell it?) and as long as you dont get hit with grants, you should beat him with ease
