You are wrong. This shows that people like to bump threads, make inside jokes about BB that no one else gets, and they do not read the guides.
This was not even asking about how to max stats. It was asking about making an all POW mag. We do have several guides though about maxing all stats (with slot items) and mine about maxing most stats (without slot items).

Your stat maxing guide is way off, but so are the other ones on-site. There is no point making a Mag full power if your stats are maxed.

"Way off"? Do you mean as in that it does not max all the stats? It was not my intention to max all the stats. I only tried to max as many as I could without using slot items. I also included how to raise those other mags because sometimes you will hit a point were a pure MIND or pure POW mag will be more helpful then the one that will eventually max your stats. (or some of them atleast)
There are other guides that do manage to max all the stats by using slot items. Here is one of them:

That guide also has some mistakes. I would show everyone how to max stats properly, but I can't today. I might show a few tomorrow.

Then that one ought to suit your need for perfection. Tycho wrote that to include the use of no slots, with slots, with different combos of slots, and on different styles of play for some characters.

Maybe because you can't explain why... Both guides do the BEST for not using slot items (though Tycho's includes them with other things too).
That is irrelevant and off topic though... The topic is for raising an all POW mag... I already quoted mine, it did not please you, so here is someone else's. Vulpes managed to get 186 POW on his mag, without banking.

Hmm... I got my mag with only 6 defense at level 200, so I'm assuming you could get at least a 194 power mag

You assume correct with the being able to get over 194 POW, you can get 195. You need a mag cell to do that though, and it has already been said. Without using a mag cell you can get 187 POW but you need to use banking. That too, has already been said.
The guides do max stats, just some may not max all off them. Many guides including slot items can manage to max all stats.
You appear to be illiterate. You did not read the thread to begin with. Then you said that Tycho's guide did not max stats, when he maxed every stat on every character using the fewest slot items possble in alteast one of the methods. Then you mistook Vulpes' guide for one-stat mags as a stat maxing guide.
