I wonder what platforms it's going to be released on I kow there's PS2 and Gamecube, but will it be released for the Xbox or GBA?

cube, ps2 and xbox, afaik.
gba would be interesting, tho i doubt it.

They did release the first collection on GBA, so it is possible.
