My favorite types of weapons are Sabers, Swords, and Partisans.
Sabers have an average swinging speed and can dish out some nice pwnage.
Swords and Partisans can do crowd control very nicely for hunters, partisans however have a longer reach and can crowd control more effeicently.But on some enemies that require you get really close to in order not to get beat upon the swords are good for that department.

Swords, because I like Chain Sawd, S-Rank Sword, and especially Zanba so much n.n;;

the best weapon ive got is the anger fist +50, also i like the grassassasins sabers because of there multi hit but they are weak.
i also have the del sabers buster and the del sabers shiled which is strong together but i cannot use the shiled.
i do not realy have a best type of weapons i just go for the strongest one i can use.

Anything that looks cool and hits more than three times. (Swords are an exception.)
