save the big pic, crop your fave, save it, then as your are posting scroll down and theres a manage attachements thingie, upload it there.

oh ok :3
in paint go edit > select all then move the image until the one you want is in the top left corner, then resize the pic using the tiny square in the bottom right corner so all there is is your chosen giblet :3
