(Oh man, Cod's good.)

Yeah, there are very limited possibilities to the systems of which PS:U will be coming for. I am 99% sure that Sega will not release the game for the X:Box 360. If they do, they will release it for the other next-generation systems.

Looking at this corporately, as well as from Sega Japan's point of view, since it's basically what's making this operation tick, both Microsoft systems completely bombed in Japan, as you well know. Of course, it would seem as if this may save the system, however, like Lee said, One game isn't going to save a system, especially based upon the price of both the Xbox and the 360. Of course, Xbox managed to stay afloat with Halo and Dead or Alive. How that worked is completely beyond me, but this isn't the case. Sega is in a bit of a pinch economically, and sending this game off to a system they KNOW will not get worldwide support will be complete suicide.

The PS2, however, has a much higher rate of support, granted that both Japan users and the US users actively play theirs, even to this date. With a diverse amount of support from both Japan and the US, this is an ideal system for the game to come out for. Sega's main intent is basically to create a game in which users from all over the world can connect to one another, a system in which many people from many different countries will be enjoying themselves. The PS3 is also a very unlikely option, as by the time that this game will be released, it will not be completely certain just how strong the market is for one. To play it safe, Sega would put it on an allready largely successful system, such as the PS2.

The Gamecube is also a more ideal system for PS:U. However, there is the very large case, that unlike most of us on this site, the Gamecube hardly has ANY online support, as about 25% of Gamecube users have capability to access the internet on it. This lack of online support around the world (You know how hard it is to find an adapter these days) except for Japan would also lead to a one-sided community of players. The only people that really have ease getting gamecube adapters are in Japan, and not too many really need them, granted there are about like, 5 games in Japan for the gamecube that can get online. With the lack of online support, it is unlikely that this game will be released for the cube.

As for the Nintendo Revolution...Ditto for the PS3 comment.

The PC release is solid, though, so you PC users don't need to worry. It may come later than the consoles, however, as usual.

See, I want anything that can play games, and go on the internet...Dad, on the other hand, wants to be sure we get the absolute best for the absolute least...but he's been trying for 2 months now, and I just want a computer!!!

My current one doesn't recognize "internet" on spell check!! I use the school's for posting. They don't like that, though. Tongue

Yeah, well, my dad's also paranoid. He doesn't want it delivered, because it ,might come when we're not there, and someone'll steal it (We don't live in detroit!), or they'll put it on the back porch and it'll rain. :S *sigh*
