To add stats to weapons you have to complete the subquest in the West tower.
Talk to pagianni (hes in the same place as Galleons shop). Then collect the data he's after, its in the seabad you take a warp and end up in front of a ramp the door with the computer is on your right.
Take the data to him, you dont need to complete the quest and when you load up Galleons shop (same difficulity as you did the subquest). You can add stats to weapons.
You can't add to hit or sranks, you can have stats on 3 areas including any hit the weapon may have and you can add to 0%.
Cost is 20 photon drops = 5%
1 photon sphere = 30%

I gots one vahn, of course it would help you in order to get one if you actually came on (not to mention our tournament battle lol, you really need to come online). My is legit too, not 100 on all and that was actually a hack guys. Anything like that is a hacked (grant it you could put %s on it nobody would have the spheres/drops to do it legit so somewhere along the lines its illegit). Have to be honest with you though, you dont have anything i need unless you got the black ring, yellow ring, greenill card, yellowboze card, redria card, baranz launcher, gigue bazooka, i think those are the only rares im missing... not sure but those 7 are all i can think of. So anyway, im feeling generous and would gladly dupe it for you but you probably wont accept it. I dunno maybe ill trade it if you got stuff better than what i have (as far as %s go).
