He just needs to get lucky and find the delsabers left arm and Montague will change it for him. Enemy parts drop for all id's, I'm sure of it.

I have a oriotiogito and I used to have a yamigarasu but I gave it to my friend but I clearly without a doubt think the orio is better.

It's probably because O-Agito is short. Even Sange is longer.
