Hi, I have finally been re-addicted to PSO, due to a college roommateâs ability of persuasion, for the GC after going through a 2-year break. Anyway I like to play FO classes and I am wondering if there is any specific way to find the higher-level disk for techniques. I have been trying to find them using my level 1xx character to go through ultimate forest several times through, and sometimes I luck out on finding a disk level I have not yet used. So I am wondering if there are any specific areas that I should go to find these disks rather than farming ultimate forest. Any feedback will be much-appreciated, thanks.

You don't actually find high-level disk in forest, your best bet is to go through ruins, you get about lvl.20 onwards in there...
or seabed on episode II, i find you see about lvl.25+

The two best places for tech discs are Ruins 3 and Seabeds Lower Levels. Those are the only two places where you can find the best discs in the game. If you're not online, look for an Episode 1 quest that takes place with plenty of enemies in Ruins 3.

to be fair, resta is ridiculously overated. sure, its nice but in a big hairy situation, im VERY glad i have some trimates to pull me through!

Heh,now that i'm in the money,i always try to carry at least 5 Trimates with me.
