Are you on a wireless network? Does your connection require you to sign in? More details would be helpful.

Sorry. Its wireless connection, and i don't need to sign in or anything to use it.Its always switched on.When i try to use the internet with my PSP,my settings are...
WLAN Settings:Scan
Point used:Wanadoo-2969.
Security:None
Address Settings:Easy
IP Address:Automatic
SubNet Mask:Automatic
Default Router:Automatic
Primary DNS:Automatic
Secondary DNS:Aytomatic
Proxy Server

o Not Use
Internet Browser

o Not Start
Then when i test the connection i get told...
A connection error has occurred.A connection to the access point could not be established.Check the security settings for the network and try again.
