Nintendo news site <A href="http://www.cubed3.com">Cubed3</A> is reporting that SEGA Sammy have revealed what consoles they're developing for and releasing for in the next fiscal year (That is, between April 1st 2006 & March 31st 2007). So, what's SEGA got in store for us?<UL><LI>PlayStation2</LI><UL><LI>28 titles</LI></UL><LI>PlayStation3</LI><UL><LI>17 titles</LI></UL><LI>Sony PSP</LI><UL><LI>29 titles</LI></UL><LI>GameBoy Advance</LI><UL><LI>2 titles</LI></UL><LI>Nintendo DS</LI><UL><LI>17 titles</LI></UL><LI>Nintendo Gamecube</LI><UL><LI>2 titles</LI></UL><LI>Nintendo Wii</LI><UL><LI>7 titles</LI></UL><LI>Xbox</LI><UL><LI>1 title</LI></UL><LI>Xbox360</LI><UL><LI>14 titles</LI></UL></UL>So, what have SEGA got in store for us within the next year? Phantasy Star Universe is heading for PlayStation2 & Xbox360 (As well as PC), but have we anymore surprises coming our way? There's only one way to find out! However SEGA are really upping their game by releasing so many titles compared to previous years, they're definately here to stay! The Sony consoles are definately getting the majority of SEGA Sammy's love, so have we something more there?

only 2 gamecube titles? so sad...although that system probably is dead to them. but it'll never be dead to me! I love you Mr. Gamecube! (plus, I wrote a song when my old one wasn't working! 'please, Mr. Gamecube, gwant me the stwength! please Mr. Gamecube, I need you back! =n_n=) anyway, that sounds like fun!

I'd say 2 Gamecube titles is actually quite surprising! The console is probabily more than dead by now as far as game developers are going - Sad but true Sad

Well, it did have its problems. Many people found GCs unreliable in the disc reader department and I guess commercially Nintendo just isn't as big as it was.

Looks like it's make or break for SEGA, then. With recent trends I'm guessing this will either pull SEGA back up or just finish them off. But hey, we all know some of the genius SEGA has brought us in previous years and I say they have a good chance of becoming one of the great games developers once again.

Who knows, if they do well here, maybe we'll get another SEGA console? Hmmmm... I can dream.

You never know i guess! SEGA Sammy not long ago reported a huge amount of profit for the 2005/2006 fiscal year, and this year they've got even more coming out - So it's definately looking good Smile

yay! you go SEGA! you can do it! keep making games for all the consoles especially gamecube, and we'll all be happy!

I could have sworn that sega was baught out by playstation?
and sonic team was on it's own developing.

Then again I could be wrong?
But that would explain why there are so many ps2, and 3 titles

Sega definatly seems to have lost faith in Nintendo...even that damn 360 has more releases...oh well. When 360 falls through because there's twice as many problems as there were with the first Xbox. They'll marry Nintendo and Sony until they get sold out to some huge company...like Nintendo! ^_^
