actually, I think there was a Japanese ToS PS2 release, but maybe I'm wrong.
Anyway...OMG ToS THREAD!!! WAHOOOOOO! LOOPLE DOOOOO! this is my most favorite RPG, and probably my favorite game ever! I beat it 8 times (yes, overobsessive!) but it was just for the thrill, because I never actually COMPLETED the whole collector's book Tongue
I love this game so much (as said in my signature!) !!! the characters are loveable, the story is great, and the gameplay is super fun! this is one awesome game, and you'd BETTER agree ( or else Origin will get yoooouuuu!)

Another hardcore player!

I beat the game 10 times XD, and have some records, like a lv250 Presea, and 662 hits. I had some kind of renown in GameFAQs some time ago, but I stopped posting there for a while.

Just note that the picture of my game record is very old, so I've improved it greatly since then. And sorry for the bad quality of the images XD, took them direclty in front of the TV.

Anyway, ToS is a great game, I think everyone that likes RPGs and Animes would like ToS.

WOW. that sure is amazing! I never really went for records or anything, so I can't even get near comparing to that! my highest characters are like, 180ish or something like that! go Presea!

I don't save my levels......so mine got to like level 70 something. Meh, I don't care. The game wasn't THAT good....too typical for an RPG...

Yeah, ToS isn't the best game of the universe. I actually prefer Chrono Trigger. But ToS is sure a wonderful game, just as PSO, Skies of Arcadia and Fire Emblem Tongue.

But back on the topic, what did you people most liked in ToS Tongue? I always like "Tales of" series battle system, but in ToS case, I also enjoyed the cel-shaded graphics, the EX Skill system, and the plot (even though some people don't like).

I am completelt in love with the plot, MOST of the characters, and the battle system. it seems to free and fun to just be able to run around wherever you want instead of having to fight by turns. I also like the EX skills, it added more customization to the already awesome characters.

Although the 'cube was a little short of rpgs, what ones there were, were brilliant in my honest opinion. I love(d) Tos, and friends in the past offered me silly money to sell it to them because they couldn't get it new anywhere. I said nah m8 of course.

yeah, this game certainly was flippin' amazing, and brought a lot of fun to the Gamecube. 8 playthroughs of fun for me!
