Need help on 2 quests

these are defenetly the hardest quest i ever did.
i simply do not know what to do/when/were/who........
it is like this, in order to download these quests i changed the language to japanes, after they become avaiable, i downloaded 1 of them (don't matter)
in order to play, i also have to set the language to japanese.
the quests are:
-sunset at the secret base
-i think it is something like PSO CUP (can't read the rest)
the problem is that i don't know what they are talking or what are they asking or what i am awsering.
the first quest is the quest with the most items, beetween them are the angel wings, hanburger mag, and more 5/6 mags, also the chu chu fever armor and the game magazine weapon.
then the 2nd one is like talking and talking.......either to pionner crew, hunters on forest 1 computers or rappys.
i need help here
