How do they equip them?

NPC's do not have mags, but I am highly sure that they do have armors on.

yeah, they also have uber resistances- i have done docs secret plan like, too many times, and elenor NEVER gets megid raped. it'll go through her and rape me, but she has never got killed by megid.

she does have a mag, but its only there story-wise. what I mean is, like all of the other NPCs, she does not get any stat boosts whatsoever from a mag, but in the actual story, people say she has a that is only visible after the Soul of Steel extra scene.
