Yeah. One of the people making those "other server programs", also figured out how to enable downloading of quests... so it's possible to download any online quest.

TTF and RT are bugged though, and those that complete them fully offline before finishing all the offline stages experience this bug of not being able to proceed through offline mode at all. The bug causes the principle to think you're at the Ruins stage even though you may not be. You could still be in Forest and he'll talk about monsters in the underground ruins. It's a nasty little bug indeed.
