I agree. I don't feel I will pay for a game that will last me that little as far as time is concerned.

I meant offline play. Online play will last me years... I play through games pretty quickly though, so my speeds tend to be a bit higher than the casual gamers out there.

Yeah, I should probably add that I am a fast gamer aswell, so uh. maybe offline will seem a bit more for some people XD. 2 months would seem unlikely to me however Network mode is really where the game is at, but Story is very enjoyable.

rebelmaren is a fast gamer. I'll be getting PSU a few days ahead of him and he'll zip by me. but i heard network mode is amazing.

Shipping time sucks. I get something sent expess from a town three hours away and it takes 2 full days to arrive.

Online won't last me long, IF I use it at all. I find online games become tedious after a while.

Personally, I can't imagine getting more from the offline mode than from the online mode, but that's just my own opinion.

I'm not going to try and convince you to play online since we all have our own prefrences, but I think you should give Sonic Team a chance, they may not be huge hacker problems. PSOBB didn't have any real major issues as far as I'm concerned.

Besides, we all want to see as many friendly faces on PSU Network Mode as possible

You might see me. You might not. Depends on two key factors. If I can be bothered to get a new PC with the specs to run it, or if I can be bothered to set up my PS2 for online play.
