Mag Question

When your mag casts reverser on you, is it really casting? or is it just using one of your moon's? Because right after I managed to get my mag(Rati), I tested whether or not it would cast, in multimode, and it did. However, after that, it did not cast. Recently though, playing with a friend in multimode, it casted again! I'm not entirely sure yet, but I have a sneaking suspicion that this may have to do with the number of moon atomizers you have. Does anyone know for sure?

it doesn't use your moon atomizers and I'm pretty sure it only uses it on you once per level

It could depend on your mags Sync and IQ stats, its only a theory though.

I've got syn and IQ maxed, and am very confused. I think that the only casting it once per level idea might be it though.
