Well lvl 30 techs do because they can cover most of the feild they do look cool and are much more powerful

To found easely grants : Have a lvl 80 or + character ( or a friend ). Then go in ruins in ultimate u are sure to find it lvl 24-30 in about 15 minutes....
If u can't go through ultimame Go in mine very hard and kill Vol ort ... u have a high % to get lvl 6-10 grants in the boxes...

Aabout that u hardely never find it in hard 1 chance on 200 in the dragon boxes ( grants lvl 4 )...

In ultimate u have to use grants on many enemies so...

I got a Grants: Level 1 disk a while ago with my purplenum ranger in the easy ruins. Too bad she's an android...

The overall best place foe grants is in ruins!

100% chance is tht the easiest way to get grants. Oh then how did i find grants 30 there?

Was using whittil and found Grants lvl 7 on hard seabed beta.

Good place to find grants but you most likely wont hit a very good lvl.

In the last Ruins in Ultimate, you have a chance of finding like 27+ Spells. A Grants lvl.30 can be found in the Dark Falz stash, so that's cool. But spells in the Ruins and Seabed are hard to find, even for Pinkals.
Main Character:
Aerogon - Lvl. 128=Psycho Wand, DF Field, two Wizard/Techs, two Devil/Techs, Divinity Barrier, and a Nidra mag.

It runs on tht a bit but mostly how well you kill
