S-Ranks

Slightly confused here. I'm on chapter 12 offline story mode, and I can buy S-Ranks. But in offline extra mode, I can't. Do I need to complete story mode to get them? Because I could really do with an S-Rank or two..

Yes you must complete chapter 12. Beating chapter 12 also allows you to visit the final stage in Extra Mode (as long as you're level 60).

Those S-ranks are expensive! Especially the armor! How/when is it possible to mae so much meseta?! I've been saving up since beating story mode, and my extra mode character only has about 300k!!!

He's only level 72 though. Remember. A Rappy can never truly die from your attacks. Fakis can.

Therefore

Rappies are harder than Dulk Fakis.

Too bad it has two, maybe three(?) forms. *gulps* I gotta level my PAs more though. Twin Sabers is at 18 I think, Single Saber is at 25, Doublesaber is on 13, and Spear is at 7. (I only got a spear for this section)

Well, form one is far harder than form two. But that's saying nothing. Don't get intimidated because he's a final boss. De Rol Le was harder than this guy.

When I faced the second form, he didn't attack. Just flew around upside down while I murdered him in the face.

Now ye be suffering not using your PAs like I said you should. My Rising Crush was at level 24 or so by then.

Kitsa, the best money making methods in Extra Mode is S Ranking the quests Cargo-Train Rescue, and Goliath in the Desert and selling their prizes. The first can round up a good 15,000, the second 25,000... they both take around 6 minutes per run if you're strong enough. Cargo-Train is easier though... so if you don't mind mass repeating quests do those two.

Anyway.. Yeah I was a bit stupid not using my PAs, but... ah well, too late to regret it now. As for him just flying upside down, he rushes me when he does that.

Don't let him rush you... rush HIM! When he turns upside down, go at his face like there's no tomorrow with your strongest attacks! If you don't kill him, you'll at least massacre his HP total. XD The second form has significantly less HP than the first.
