5 N00b Questions

I recently got PSU a week ago, and have done a little bit of everything, i got about 2/3 way through story mode, got a lvl 10 on extra, and a 13 online. I just switched from PSO (which im sure most of you guys have) and am struggling just a little for some things. here are a few questions i would love if you guys would answer.

1) What are some of the ways to modify font, do certain things with a keyboard, (and the way to get your face to pop up when you say something) yes yes i know, i just cant figure it out lol.

2) For some reason i never recieve mission points when running missions online, I only have once, today i ran all the way to the old mellville city or something quests on parum and never got any mission points, do you have to be the leader?

3) Where exactly are these player shops?

4)The online guardian missions. i completed the mask act 1 and 2, why cant i get anymore? do i need to go further on offline story? im on about chap. 7 off.

5) Oh, and whats the top lvl cap as of so far?

I think thats about it.

I know there total pathetic and loser noob questions. but hey, i just dont know. haha.

1) I play PS2, so can't answer this.

2) Check your ranking. Usually, C-Ranking a mission (The worst possible performance) will not give you any Mission Points or Meseta, only Ranks B-S will. (Exception: The Demons Above missions on Neudaiz always seem to give mission points, even for a C-Rank) Check your ranking by tapping Z after you get the "Mission ends when one member reaches the lobby" prompt, and selecting the snowflake-shaped icon (Evaluation) in your Incoming Mail. Your mission information (Looks like the Guardians symbol), player card notifications (A card), and Incoming Simple Mail alerts (Unopened envelope) also appear here.

3) Player Shops can be set up as an extension to Your Room by buying the Open Shop redecoration ticket from the Room Decoration (Yellow) shop on the Colony, for 15000 Meseta. The vendor in the middle sells Redecoration Tickets. You can visit a player shop or room by selecting their partner card from the 'Go to room' option at your Vision Phone (The flat screen to the left of your Partner Machine), or by selecting 'Search for shop' at the Vision Phone and inputting the appropriate parameters. You have three options: Search by Name; Search by ad; and Search by item.

4) Currently, the only available Episode 2 (Online Story) Chapter is Chapter 1: The Masked Girl, which consists of the quests The Mask: Act 1 and The Mask: Act 2. More Chapters will be unlocked by Sonic Team over time.

5) The current Character Level cap is 60. Type Levels cap at 10.

You insert a chat macro before what you type to instruct how you want what you've typed displayed e.g.

@s Hello

will do Hello in a shout bubble

@c Hello

will do Hello in a think bubble

Hello

will do Hello in a normal bubble

@13 Hello

will do Hello in a cut in chat, the first number denotes facial expression (0-9) and the second number denotes camera angle for the cut in (0-3)

#Anything

will display Anything to your party members only rather than public chat.

You can preceed text with colours like {red} {gre} {blu} {yel} and so on to change the colour of the whole message or selected parts of the message.

There are also some commands like /card, /random or /dice which do different things, try them out. Other shortcuts include being able to type /mail or /partnercard or /party or /map to open the respective screen directly without having to select it from the icons at the top left.

Also, if you're playing xbox, hold down L when you press OK to shout, or click in the left stick to 'think' what you are saying.

Holding R when pressing OK brings up a Cut in preview window, and lets you choose expression. Holding tab before pressing return on a keyboard has the same effect.

1) you hold tab while hitting enter for face, shift while hitting enter for flashy text
2) click L2 and you'll end up on a like a lil star icon under your hp/lvl info
you then click and it should give you your rank/mission points/meseta
earned
3) go to guardian Colony. On The 2nd floor in the room decoration shops
buy the "Open Shop" which goes for about 15k meseta. You then use
it to open up your shop and your mag/partner will run it for ya.
4) I believe it goes by your level

5) it is currently now 60
