Level 33 Cast Hunter with Sexyness +255 (Guess who.)
Level 7 Human Force
Level 41 Human Figunner
Level 62 Cast Protranser
Level 36 Human Figunner
And for some reason, we couldn't break A! It just wasn't happening!
We were tearing through monsters like they were nothing, and still not getting times that were much better than when me and Cloud soloed it?
So what's the jig? Can my character not run fast enough or something?
Or is Bruce secretly tying everyone's shoelaces together while they stand on switches?

How quickly did everyone reach the B2 party gate?
Also, did the party split or not in B2, presuming this is C. Splitting is gooood in C.

We were splitting at every opportunity. That level 62 did pretty much NOTHING in that mission though

and he just waited at the gates.

It should have been the level 7 on Gate and/or Key Duty, with a bodyguard or two. Switch duty in B2, as well, because Bil de Vear spins are nasty - took me out at level 30-ish.
How were you splitting, anyway? Bruce should keep at the front in B2 on C, so he reaches the end quicker.

Basically, it was me and the level 36 who were doing all the fighting. I think the level 62 felt he was holier than thou enough to warrant free points/money.

Tsh. If I were experiencing that, I'd have left the party. The rest of the group'd've probably thanked me for it and followed the example, on the grounds that, whatever the reward, partying with total asshats just isn't worth it - all you really get out of it is a bad taste in the mouth.
And if he was threatening to boot, then he was obviously willing to sacrifice the reward for the sake of being an asshat anyway.

Nahhh, it's just i never get parties for Bruce's anyway. I get random invites hanging around there, accept the invite, and they run off and do valley of carnage. =[
