Ahahaha. If you sent them an E-mail, you probably got through to Juan. He's rubbish.
It's not really a problem on the 360, as you can just phone xblive =/
But yeah... I couldn't comment on customer relations really.

Precisely! X-Box Live! You're dealing with Microsoft... not Sega... it's Microsoft's servers... not Sega's... the game wasn't even supposed to be for X-Box in the first place if it weren't for Mr. Gates... =>.>=
Either way... they're both rubbish companies... so blah. XD

SEGA and ST both have diabolically crappy customer service, and Microsoft was ran by Bill Gates who just waved money at anything he wanted.

Nomercy summed it up pretty good. XD The only thing I would've added is how the grand majority of Microsoft's products have far too many bugs and get extremely frustraing.

Well, Bill Gates started the company from his bedroom, so he's earned it. =P
And no companies get it right first time. Every new product goes through a bajillion remakes before people consider it good. Look at the iPod for example.
And probably the computer you're working on.
If by that reasoning you think they're a crappy company, then isn't everything crappy?
Either way, they have your money, so they must be doing something right. ;]

Yeah, it's called buying out every single company that tries to stand against them.
Microsoft has the monopoly on computers... so everything's made for Windows systems... I'd use Linux over Windows any-day if the same stuff I use on Windows were made to work on Linux.
And my reasoning is... remakes are one thing, but knowingly leaving huge security flaws and bugs bugs bugs all over one's product is horrifying. Linux doesn't even HAVE viruses. XD (Not yet at least) which certainly says a lot.
But anyways... no more ranting on my part. XD

Kitsadoodles Wrote:Ummm... I'm super confused now... the site says my account is active, and that I paid for it yesterday, which I DID... but it also says that my NEXT billing date is 2 days ago, a few days AFTER it said my billing date was when the problem first occured. But of course, I still can't play, and I get the same error. Am I paying for something that doesn't exist?
I think a part of my brain just died.
