ya it is i just looked at the weapons list at it stinks if you don't have a whitill though then you can't get it.:|

Any set of mechguns can be powerful. Shifta is practically required to get their maximum use though. I find the Yasminkov 9000M is best simply because it's ridiculously easier to get than Guld Milla, and the rifle range is just drool-worthy... besides... they're old-fashioned mechguns! Uzis for heaven's sakes! XD What's not to love?

to bad the atp it gives you is low but it does not matter if your mag has good atp like lvl169.

It's a mechgun. Do you have any idea how out-of-balance a mechgun with extreme ATP would be? Mechguns hit 9 times, so their ATP has to be low, if it is not low, they do too much damage and horrendously out-class all other weapons. Remember, think in terms of number of hits as well as ATP.

that sounds like my humar in vhard...muahahahahaha...since i use shifta and the % affect all the atp.......sweet

Awe. Those poor forest creatures. They are all dead now.
My mechguns I hate, but if they are with my RAcast, they are OK. He can hit each time. . . sometimes.

is a lvl150 dex mag to much to use with a h&s25 justice so i hardly ever miss the enemy and what if you can't use shifta.

how about hit weapons, 50% hit means 50 hit, 100 dex means 50 hit, so it would be best for a 150 pow (300 atp) 50 dex (25 hit) + a good hit mechgun
