Hey Lee did you see Ultimate Fighter 3? It is the reality series for winning contracts in the US.

Bisping was on it, didn't know if you saw the series or not. He's a damn good fighter. He's got great knees and elbows, very adept striker and not bad at submissions. Him and Kendel grove both are some bad-mo-fos'....

Tomorrow is 71, with the Iceman Liddel going up against Rampage Jackson. The first time they fought Chuck got his ass handed to him, but I think he thought he was invincible. Chuck's out for blood. I think Quinton needs to rethink his strategy, last time he brought the fight to Chuck, and Iceman wasn't expecting that, this time he will. And they're both pretty even strikers. Iceman has better ground and pound, while Rampage has better slams. Overall I think I'm going to have to hand it to Chuck in this one.

Ground and pound is going to make all the difference in this fight in the end. Seeing as Chuck isn't/ wasn't used to the fight being brought to his door step, and being a natural counter puncher, he's going to time Rampage's left hook that kept nailing him last time they fought.

Should be a helluva' fight.

I think I saw something like UFC a little while ago, called Ultimate Cage Fighting. Can't remember the channel though, but it was prety awesome.
