Sonic Adventure 2 - Gameplay Videos!

Whew, so sorry for my absence. I've been planing to review Pink's videos for a good while now, but life's been so busy lately with school work, slicing my index finger on glass, getting new windows installed (Moving all of my furniture in one night is not fun...), it's been rather hectic. But I digress. I'll cover two videos today and hopefully will have more up soon.


Iron Gate
This being the first one I saw, well, I was awestruck: I didn't know a tubby guy like Robotnik could run that fast! That being said, the video is pretty slick, especially how many flippin' lock-ons Pink gets, not to mention how she completely disregards all the lowering platforms and such. Definitely impressive.


Sky Rail
But then theres Sky Rail, which was freaking crazy, giving a new meaning to “suicide run”. I never actually thought of spin-dashing into the rails in order get your speed going (shows how much of a Sonic gamer I am! =P), let alone being able to weave in-and-out like Spiderman as Pink does. I do think it's interesting though, that she ignores a good bit of enemies yet somehow manages to get an A rank.


Sorry that their rather short, but I got a bad cold right now, and can hardly think straight (Although that's hardly anything new XD). Thanks for the awesome vids Pink!

[SIZE="2"][COLOR="Blue"]I hated pretty mush everyone of the sonics for the newer systems. they ruled on the old ones, like saturn and Genesis, but now...they are to....?

You do nearly the same thing throughout the game, and it gets boring, sure there are a few different things, but nothing catches your attention, l;ike it did way back in the day.

They are fun, but only to an extent, just repeated motions are boring for me, but that is merely my opinion, but what is a forum, but a place to tell your opinion?

I like the games, but I am not all for them, but it is amazing to see some of the stunts that you pull in that game... something I could never do. I have not the ability to sit there and do that.

Hehe, thus is the first words from my own little reviewer. =n.n= Thanks Zero. =n.n=

And thanks to you too Mr. IX. Even though the games don't appeal to everyone, you obviously show that you awknowledge that although you dislike them, that people still like em. XD Hehe. As for all my stunts and tricks... it's just ingrained instinct from knowing the stages.

Also... I added 6 new videos today. One for each character. I looked around for other software I could use to record my Gamecube using my TV Tuner... while hunting for more software I found a good piece of software for viewing my TV Tuner, but unfortunately the recording doesn't seem to work at all with mine, so I'm still using the same ol crummy software that makes me have to redo stages a bunch of times due to jumpy framerates.

Finally... the one and only stage that I have absolutely no fun playing has been recorded... Final Chase. That thing is the worst level ever conceived for the game and it drives me insane. It's slow, clumsy, and just feels generally poorly done. I always get that stage out of the way right away so I don't have to bother with it... thankfully it only took me two tries to record. There's a little bit of twitchy framerates at the very beginning, but it goes away after a few seconds so there's no way I'm doing another take. XD

Even though I do not like the game, I am still impressed by how someones ability to play a game is.

Such as I do not like the Sonic games, but I envy you for your ability to do all that[/COLOR][/SIZE]

Well lookie there... it's been a month since I've updated. XD Oh well... finals season will do that to ya. I've added one more video today however, and I recommend it to everyone. XD I decided to try something a bit different for a new bonus video... so I loaded up Final Rush, and did my best to spend as much time on rails or in mid-air as is possible. I touch ground all of 5 times in the video. XD So yeah... enjoy!
