It should work, if none of these work then you are probably getting a bad connection to that DNS server. you can also skim down about 2 month's worth of posts and find the DNS program and host one yourself like I do.
edit: actually, if you guys want to, I can zip up my copy and mirror it to megaupload if you want.

You need your router settings. Some routers won't work with setups like these and have walls against them, and even some IP providers block outgoing traffic, I know mine did on PSO until I called them.
Also, since I may get on if I can, seeing as the last time I tried I spent two-three hours with whiteninja trying to get on, doing everything correctly and it turns out my broadban may be one of those that do not work correctly. Can someone give me the windows run command for router and IP settings. I used to have it hot keyed on previous searches and then my computer crashed. It was something like winifcjpg or something. It brings up the router/IP settings. Though I don't remember the specific command. ![]() "How fortunate for those in power that people do not think"-Adolf Hitler

He has to connect directly to his cable modem in order to play and he uses Comcast as an ISP, Comcast seems to be a pain and I don't know how to set up his gamecube, every ISP I've gotten a console to go online with has never been as complicated as this. What I told him to do on AIM works with almost everyone. he keeps getting a DHCP error when he tries to go online so he needs to know his hostname. Appernetly it is his account name that he does not know. So this is pretty frustrating to say the least.
