well my theory is:

1. VR.2 Falz is a hell alot more scary than anything ive ever seen

2. on gc PSO Flow is ALMOST as bad

Vr.2 falz takes the cake, but no one really plays vr. 2 anymore..

I have a new love for flow now, just beacuse he is harder than rock and... .. well hes pretty sweet. sooooo I vote Flow!

i play ver.2, i beleive on gc olga flow gives less exp then dark falz, maybe just because dark falz has more transformations.

I think Dark Falz, not only does he have megid, but he can only be hurt by non-spell attacks when he's solid, and even then its hard to reach him and get a good amount of hits. The soul-stealing is veeeeery annoying, he can drain health, he freezes, he slow-motions, and of course, he can use heaven's punishment. Also, fighting olga flows second form is just stupid, you can't wipe out a dark-falz-gene infested, giant, huge-sword-wielding monster by slashing up it's feet, but with dark falz you actually attack his core and body.

Olga has megid blade which never misses and covers a fair proportion of the boss arena

Also, at certain points when Olga has switched flowens soul for a players, he becomes invulnerable to any attack. Plus Olga has so many awesome attacks, apart from the one where he seems to shat on your character (form 1) - but it still hurts.

Also, dark falz doesnt even have feet. Olga is win.

well, red ring rico was defeated at the boss, he stole the body and reprogramed the machines to attack pionner 2 ppl, imagine if that happes to you and he comes to pionner2.
also sometimes dark falz traps you to the "wall" and only a handgun or techs can hit him
