I only know that it's Kiyone from Tenchi Muyo, and I've only heard of that anime through Ria... but she looks good in that sig. The only criticisms I have are:
-It's a bit tall
-It's not PSO related
so 8/10 after knocking off two.
lol, I don't much like KIREEK's sig either and was thinking of getting revenge by getting a sig with *lots* of naked male characters just to annoy you back, but I don't know any I want to put together that wouldn't disturb the hell out of me as well, and besides, Pink would be telling me off too!!
Next person should rate Ria's sig since I don't really have one. >.> Not sure why I even posted here. XD

It's a bit empty.
I just now some chelsea h8er is gonna dis mine.

mirinee, i just have this sig because it's summer, you know, beach ocean and babes  , next month i will change it, i have better ones.
i understand why pink and you don't like it, i would not like much seeing men in your sigs....
as for your sig, it is a bit empty yes, why don't you do your own sig with that force, like mix 2 or 3 pics in 1 sig (the force i am refering is the green one you like so much) 2.1/10....sorry
as for ria
to much white.....ahhh, my eyes 7/10
