i dont know when it coming out in the US
but if it does come out tomarrow ill hve to save up what little money i have and get it

Phantasy Star Online, Episode III: C.A.R.D. Revolution has been set for an April release across Europe by SEGA-Europe. Although it could slip back to the date previously set, which was May 28th...

GAME and Amazon say July. 8 months after initial release.
No news on Sega Europe so it's not going to be in the foreseeable future i think.
