Can rappies fly or not?

So for the 1st time i finally know what is the quest sunset at secret base all about.
i played in pso bb with an english translation, the quest does not have the same stuff as in pso ver.2 but there was something that caught my attention. (did this in schthack server)
before i start with the pics i just want to say that if you help a boss rappy in forest 1 he will reveal the portal to forest 2 secret base (like i really beleive rappies could do a base XD), in this zone you have to convince a female rappy i beleive to stop beeing stuburn.
in the beguining you receive an item that translates the ususal pipipiii of the rappies into english talk.

in forest 2 i found this, now i ask, do rappies fly, do they want to fly?
i loled at this situation (pics are in normal mode but with ultimate cenary due to the quest name "sunset")

I guess in answer to your question, i think they could fly. but due to some thing (evalotion) they lost there wings as there was no danger at all, now they want to fly to get away from it all i guess.

Another thing, why do hildebears/blues/dlts/torrs fall from the sky?

nice pic, they fly and drill, i mean if those with the heavy drill can fly, why couln't the other ones...lol
it's the 1st time i saw rappies using a ship to tr and fly lol

the fall from sky because they have very strong legs, i really doubt the rappies could do the same
remember kids, whenever a rappy bothers you with anoying hits, just say "Look over there, it's the sunset"

Rappies can't fly. They're huge chicks. Chicks can't fly. One look at their wings and you know it's not enough. However, many monsters can magically hover/levitate, including Rappies.

PSO is linear for players. There are probably ways to get up there that are too small for people. And the first picture is called using rocket propulsion devices.
