theres 3 that i know of in my version:
-proto regen gear- simple shield
-regenerate gear- same stats, only this works, regenerates 2 % of max hp if an attack is blocked
-regenerate gear adv- +5 evp then the previous, regenerates 5 % of max tp/hp when attacks are blocked

i found the 1st one, i am trying to find the 2nd one and i don't know where the hell do i find the 3rd one

well that's the problem, the 3rd shield is avaiable on ver.1 since it's an yellow lettered weapon, it also exists on ver.2, but pso world does not have the drop for the shield, so basicly that item possibly drops not as a rare item but as a common one like a monomate, the problem is every enemy is a suspect.
checked again more drop charts, the item has not a drop out of any enemy, i tried all ids, still nothing.
where the hell sonic team hided the item?

did some piping, no blue rappy, even after 180 pipes, but i can wait

well, knowing ST and their bastard way of having you find stuff, its probably in ep. 2 on a monster that appears in maybe 1/10 rooms

Well today I found another set of justice and a silence claw. I ran into a pal rappy and it gave me a moon atamiser

EDIT:
Did some piping in the room with 3 rappies in forest 1, the one where you begin, after 80 pipes or so, a blue rappy apeared, i waited, hited him and there it was a blue box, the item was:
REGENERATE GEAR

the piping paid off for the 1st time.......
not bad, 2 new items in 3 days.....
