i have 2 high level forces, i know my stuff too, and im raising a FOnewm, guaranteed it boosts mid level and high level. Ive tested.

NO IT DOESNT! I am using it right now and it does ABSOLUTELY nothing for my fomar, it just boosts HIGH LEVEL TECHIQUES! Look at any item database theyll say the same thing.

it boosts GI and RA spells im 110% sure, i use a lv120 FOnewm, maybe your FOmars MST is too low to make a difference or something. On bartles my gifoie does about 375 without the pwand and around 500 with and my Rafoie does aobut 405 to them without and 520 with. I just tried it, trust me i have two high level forces, i know the difference.

You fool, Orphen is at level 200, and my FOnewearl, Meroko is at level 126, I have no idea what you are saying about LOW MST, since Orphens is maxed, and well, merokos is...high, very. I have tested my pwand out on both and it does nothing with mid level spells, it is better off using the sorcerers can, since it actually does boost mid level techs. Besides, maybe YOUR mst is low, so that the MST bonus helps your techs. I have no idea if it has an MST bonus, though, since Orphens MST is maxed, but guaranteed it does NOTHING for mid level techniques except probably kill you.

both of my FOrces MST is maxed (lichizo at 1500 and monica at 1750) and you want to argue with me when i JUST TESTED it?? Read ANY item database at any site other than this one (as this sites database is still in the works) and you shall see.

yes it was a dumb argument anyway, so yeah Gol Dragon is cheap. Dont know why, just trying to get back on topic lol.
