That's an Action Replay code called God of Equip. There are 2 forms of this:

1.) Full GOE (God of Equip)
This means any character can equip any weapon or any item at any level regardless of stats basically. (So a FOmar at Lv40 could equip a black king bar, an aura field, and a Kasami Bracer.)

2.) Partial GOE (God of Equip)
This was a beta test for the real version real version described above. Except what you can do is equip any item allowed to be equiped in that class at any level. (So a FOmar could only equip an item they can use regardless of level.

If you want to equip stuff you have now, simply lvl up your char (this will not enable equip stuff that other chars can use)

Try googling "PSO Action Replay" or something. This site is legit, so you wont find any hacks here, beyond the anti-FSOD codes.

i agree 100%, i am tired of hearing ppl want to hack, finding those hacks, then whining about how they lost their character and all their weapons, you are taking the risk, WE DONT CARE IF YOU LOST YOUR DATA BY HACKING! IF YOU DO, ITS YOUR PROBLEM AND YOUR FAULT, WE SHOULDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT, ok im done, but really, if you want to equip something, just lvl your char, i was lvl 72 when i found my first sacred cloth (req lvl 144) and i wanted to equip it so i decided to lvl up
