Mag database small mistake

Opa Opa mag cell, as you see it needs more then 100 mind to be aplied, but that's on ver.2

lvl +100 mag is enough, don't what was the intention in the mag database, but if the database was made for gc mags then the correct info is the one in the 2nd link. (verified by the GC players at schthack)

Sorry bout not getting round to this! Whats wrong, is it an entry on the Ragol.co.uk database that needs altering with this info?

well, the mag opa opa, to make the mag cell it needs 100 mind, it's true but only aplicable on pso ver.2, on pso gc the mag cell can be used on a mag that is above lvl 100.
