No rares, whats happening?

I just recently joined this site, and i need help figureing out whats happening to my lv 53 Skyly HUmar, i play offline and i am currently on Very hard yet playing through hard and very hard to the ruins has yet to yeild a single rare item *meaning red items not scape dolls and such* any help is apperciated because i've tried everything and nothing seems to work

one thing to note is that i took a lot of rares from another charicter, lv 58 Whiteill HUmar, i started a new one because the only rare i could get with my Whiteill hunter was the slicer of assasin, and i aam not too fond of slicer wepons

another thing is i took the mag, deva, from him aswell as a LOT of grinders, and a flowens sword+10 and H&S25 Juistice are the wepons i use, i cant stress how annoying this is, having gotin rid of a lv 58, just because of the wrong rares i was getting, and now, at lv 53, camt find anything:'(:'(:'(

Things that Affect Drop Rates
Stacked Items (PSO Ep1&2 / PSO Ep1&2 Plus / XBox)
Mags above level 200 (PSO Ep1&2 / PSO Ep1&2 Plus / XBox)
Using a cheat disk (DC V2)

Offline Cheating
If you use any of the above cheating methods, Red Boxes will simply stop dropping. Not that you have to be using the versions listed above for this to occur. There is also evidence that drop rates are not set to 0 on XBox, but very very low instead.

Online Cheating
Any of the above methods will cause rares to stop dropping, *if* the user of these codes is running those versions and is the leader of the created game. If a stacker/magger is in the game, and you, the leader, are not using such items, rares will still drop.

Use a Hacked Mag? Stack?
The bank removes these drop rate penalties. Bank your Mag or stacks, and POWER OFF your system. Turn it back on, and as long as these items stay in the bank, drop rates will not be affected. So, you unlegits out there, 1231 Mags and Stacks can still e used for fast training and mag raising

so having my mag AT but not over lv 200 is alright?, also what is stacking?

Yes, any mag at lvl 201 or more will be detected by the game (as it can only be done with hacks), so if your mag is altered it doesn't mean anything, as long the level is aceptable.

stacking is having dispendable items in a number where the game recognizes it's a hack, for example, you can only carry 10 monomates, so if you cheat and carry 11 monomates it will prevent you from finding rares.
11 or more, meaning if you carry 99 antidotes it will make the same thing.

So if you need lot's of star atomizers then you can leave them at the bank for future usage.
But your choice is way better, good luck on your rare hunting stuff.

ya sice i stopped doing this glitch i've aquired my favourite weopon (so far)
the last survivor! aswell as the dragon slayer, two clubs of laconium and a mace of addman, and that justy...rifle...thing...whatever

Another thing i want to ask, but ill post here instead of starting a new thread, is there any other way to get rare monsters ie. nar lilies besides just playing or pipeing back and forth? i'm hunting for a god hp and i think you need to kill a nar lilie on v hard for a 7\8 chance....but idk

I beleive not, i don't recall any homemade online quests with a rare lily as a enemy.
Your best option is really to either pipe or to play the right quest. (since the right quest can give you more lilies to pipe/kill)
