blue burst problem

it keeps saying cannot create data map. anybody know what to do?

Go into your C drive > Program Files > Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst > right-click the file titled "online" and create a shortcut. That should work.

Am I strong enough to not ever know just what I'd find?

still not working this is what the error message says

Cannot create file data\map_city02_00_00o_s.dat.

It seems the shortcut on the desktop doesn't work, just delete it and make a new one from the online.exe

okay it seems I can get on finally but it says I don't have an account on the server. do I have to use my ragol.co.uk id and password?
