Schthack server down

Well it's been a few days since it been down. I wonder what they are doing.......I hope they fix whatever the problem soon, I miss playing psobb now! I think I will go play pso on gamecube while I wait.

Maintenance and changing hosts seems to be the problem.
Atm they are asking for donations so they can keep the server running when they get a new host. A temporary solution will be using their own connections PSO at izakaya, dc-talk / sylvarant.net (sylvarant software) and at the XBR website are good solutions if you are on GC/Ver.1/Ver.2 Regarding PSO BB, there isn't much you can do since the server owns your data, but other servers such as eden, jupiter or ultima may be nice alternatives ![[Image: signature-cc3b3pia21.png]](https://kireekpso.files.wordpress.com/2015/11/signature-cc3b3pia21.png)

Well the server working again! But now I can't log on! >.<
Anyone here got any idea? I load the loader thing, and for some reason it just don't go away, plus the game load then it just do nothing, all I see is a black screen. Been trying to find ways to fix it but I got nothing. Hopefully they will fix this soon

The forum and the main page also have some problems from time to time, regarding the server, it's down again, it seems it's nearly unplayable with ppl disconnecting left and right when someone joins a game they made or when they warp to an area

Ahh I see, guess they still have stuff to fix! I can wait, I don't wait anything to happen to my character now! I'll check tomorrow if anything change.

It seems broomop has been making some "Denial of service" atacks, making it difficult for the server to keep stability.
However, i remind all those interested that the admin at schtserv did similar stuff to another server, so this is basicly a taste of his own medicine, while users can complain, the admin does not have moral to do the same. |
