No, I read an interview in a magazine with Yuji Naka (creator of PSO) and he said that Episode 3 will be the last chapter in the PSO saga. He didn't say it will be the last game, he just said it will end the story of Pioneer 1 - 2 .

I read the article too (It's in NP) it said that this will be the last episode in terms of the storyline, meaning this will be the last episode continuing the plotline from EP 1 + 2. But there may be other Phantasy star games. They might decide to revive the old Phantasy Star games

ok if this is the last of the story of pso, then they mite make a totaly new game like rockstar didnt just make just gta series

I hope they completely remake everything if they do a new PSO series...

If they made a Episode IV, SEGA could turn the series another direction again. Episode I & II used Weapons, Episode III used Cards, Episode IV could use something else, and maybe as few have said, turn it back into the old PS series...

By doing this, consumers have variety! Everyones happy!

If they want to use cards to battle they go and buy Ep.3, if they want weapons, they buy Ep.1&2 if you see where i'm coming from here!
