I did a quest online on a JP ship in episode 1 that has Orland and Break when they were like 10 or so. I finished the quest and I received an item that will let me download a quest in Episode 3. I went online in Episode 3 and cannot download the quest, plus I do not know where to go to download it.

Have you tried setting your language to JP?? You need to do certain things in a certain order to get it.

Try talking with the Cheif, Vice principal, or see if you can access it at the counter.

I met someone else who had the same problem. I have talked to every person and gone to every place i can think of...nothing
