BST = British Summer Time (Remember all the clocks went forward 1 hour not long ago!)
GMT = Greenwich Mean Time (What it used to be before the clocks went forward!)

BST = GMT + 1

All your clocks should be set to BST time now anyways! Otherwise you'd have been pretty late for previous meetings! lmao
