Kerry seems to be the better choice, but I'm concerned about his tax plan...is that really true or is more crap that Condeleeza Rice is annoucning?

He talks confusingly because he is stupid. That's it. It explains it all. If you want me to tell you what is stupid about each quote, I will just ask.
