just run a search on any search engine saying "PSO mag farmer program"

id say only raise 1 at a time, thats all youll need. If you raise a mag with the exact levels on each stat and eat the exact amount of each material, youll have real close to max stats at level200. Thats what i did for all my characters, you can find the guide for each character class at gamefaqs. They tell you how many of each mat to eat and how to raise your mag to give you the best possible stats.
